Call us at 425-251-6620.  Please don't hesitate to leave us a voice message with your name and number and information consisting of optional day/time you'd like for your scheduled service.  We will get back to you the same or next business day.

If you need to speak to us, call during our hours of operation.  Remember, we may not be able to interrupt a service to answer the phone.  That may be your service one day.  Please be patient and allow us time to return your call within one business day when we are open.

OUR BOOKING POLICIES:

For our online booking and first time callers, we may ask for a credit or debit card number to assure your booking.  Your card will NOT be charged unless there is a no-show or less than 24-hour cancellation.  No-shows, no-calls or last minute cancellations may cost a $15 cancellation or rescheduling fee. 

No-shows are costly to us.  If this happens, you may reschedule, but we may require a cash/debit/credit card deposit to assure your future booking.  If you book more than one person or more than one hour of service(s) at a time, we may require a debit/credit card number to assure your booking.  

We may choose to charge your debit/credit card for the entire price of the scheduled service(s) for a no-show or a last-minute cancellation, especially when those appointments are scheduled in time slots which are in high demand, such as Thursday nights and Saturdays. 

If you are 15 minutes late, we may consider your appointment a no-show/no-call.  If WE are 15 minutes late, you will receive a $15 credit slip for a future appointment time.  You will have some paperwork to fill out for our records which only takes a few minutes before each service. 

If you are ill, or have an extenuating circumstance regarding your appointment time, please call us!  We will be happy to work with you, but we need to know what's going on, even if it is after the fact within a day or two.
